On June 23, 2025, the 3rd International Scientific Conference entitled Corporate Governance and Technology in the ESG Era was held in Piran, at the premises of EMUNI University, Kidričevo nabrežje 2, Slovenia, EU. The conference was held both, on-site and online.
Ten top authors discussed corporate governance and technology. The conference brought together leading scientists from Slovenia and the world to discuss how boards can integrate broader societal interests into their decision-making and to what extent technology can bridge the gap between corporations and what is the public good.
