Biography
Gašper Kozlovič graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at the University of Maribor in 2016.
From January to June 2019, he worked as a Laboratory Technician V at the Institute of Oliveculture at ZRS Koper. Since June 2019, he has worked as a professional associate at the accredited Laboratory of the Institute of Oliveculture. In 2020, he participated in the implementation of a method for determining volatile compounds in olive oil using SPME-GC-MS technology. In the same year, he participated in an interlaboratory comparison as part of the international validation of this analytical method within the Oleum research project under Horizon 2020. Between 2019 and 2021, he participated in interlaboratory comparisons of new methods for determining biophenols in olive oil. In 2021, he participated in the development of a new method for determining the content of mineral nutrients in soil using an NIR photometer.
