For services classified into classes, a 50% discount is charged for those of class A in the case of five or more examinees. For class B services, a 20% discount is charged in the case of three or more examinees.

By agreement, there is a possibility of volume discount for all services.

In the case of comprehensive support, or longer-term cooperation, the provision of services is regulated by a cooperation agreement.

A.) PHYSIOLOGICAL MEASUREMENTS AND EXERCISE TESTS – These include the measurement of the athlete’s functional abilities in the simulation of competition conditions. Measurements are performed in the laboratory, some (telemetry, intensity of movement) and also in competitive conditions on the field. The information obtained by the athlete through such measurements coincides with general fitness as well as with adapted fitness in conditions of reduced partial pressure of oxygen – hypoxia.

B.) BIOMECHANICAL MEASUREMENTS – These are necessary to determine anthropometric body characteristics and how they are reflected in movement coordination. The effectiveness of an athlete largely depends on the appropriate technique for performing an element of the sport while ensuring the basic parameters of strength, speed and explosive power.

C.) MEASUREMENTS OF MUSCLE PROPERTIES – Skeletal muscles represent the active part of the locomotor apparatus of every human being. They are especially important for athletes, especially from the point of view of contraction speed and endurance. The measurements of this set are intended to determine the contraction speed of individual muscles, which are selected according to the type of sport. Furthermore, it is also possible to determine muscle resistance to fatigue as well as the effective position of the body in relation to the angles of the joints.

Please note:

The venue use charge includes costs associated with the use of individual venue (heating/air-condition, etc.) as well as sanitary facilities and sanitary material. It does not include charges for the provision of available event equipment and AV equipment, which are charged separately and depend on the needs and preferences of the client.

The venues are available for charity events free of charge for venue use; however, all service charges as per the price list remain applicable.

Enquiries in relation to the hire of individual venues should be submitted by email at a minimum of 15 days prior to the intended start date of the venue hire.

ZRS Koper shall sign a dedicated Venue Hire Agreement with the client for each venue hire at the ZRS Koper Centre for Humanities in the Tiepolo-Gravisi Townhouse. 

To cancel the Venue Hire Agreement, the client is required to provide written notice of their intention not to use the venue, which is to be submitted by email at . Oral cancellations or cancellations by phone shall not be accepted.

The cancellation fees are applicable as follows:

• 50% of the venue use charge if the cancellation, in writing, is submitted 7 to 5 business days prior to the date of the event,
• 100% of the venue use charge if the cancellation is submitted 5 or fewer business days prior to the date of the event.

To avoid a cancellation fee entirely, cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 8 business days prior to the date of the event.

The scope and content of services are defined according to the client’s specific needs. The ZRS Koper Project Management Centre offers:

1. Services and consultancy related to the planning and preparation of project proposals, including:

• preliminary activities and project idea formulation,

• drafting the financial plan.

2. Services and consultancy related to the implementation and supervision of international projects, including:

The peer-review process comprises: identifying suitable reviewers for each submission; managing communication and document exchange with reviewers; overseeing the review process; coordinating the reviewer’s feedback with the editorial board; communicating review outcomes and required revisions to authors; finalising the process by accepting or rejecting a submission; and archiving the reviews.
