ItalianoOn 1 January 2022, a new Law on Scientific Research and Innovation Activities (ZZrID) entered into force, introducing stable funding for scientific research activities as a major innovation. The first contractual period of stable funding runs from 2022 to 2027.
The stable funding for scientific research consists of the following pillars:
Institutional funding pillar
The institutional funding pillar is intended to finance the infrastructure, management and support activities and other institutional infrastructure of the ZRS Koper.
Programme funding pillar
The Programme Pillar of funding is dedicated to funding research programmes and young researchers.
Development funding pillar
The development pillar of funding, which is a new feature of the new law, is designed to stimulate the development of scientific research and infrastructure activities.
