Biography:
Tjaša Škorjanc holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Cultural Studies as well as a Master’s degree in Sociology from the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana. In June 2023, she successfully defended her Master’s thesis titled Virtual Touch: Liminal Forms of Touch between Sacred and the Symbolic Register. During her academic journey, she completed a three-month Erasmus+ traineeship at the Institute of Cultural Studies and Theater History, which is affiliated with the Austrian Academy of Sciences. From October 2023 onwards, Tjaša Škorjanc has been employed as a young researcher in the field of philosophy, working under the mentorship of prof. dr. Lenart Škof.
