The project aims to prevent muscle mass loss, reduce myosteatosis and mitigate sarcopenia in melanoma patients receiving immune checkpoint inhibitors through a 6-month resistance training and nutritional intervention. It will also assess treatment tolerance, adherence and quality of life, with the potential to improve clinical outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
