Centre for Project Management

The Centre for Project Management (CUP) is an infrastructural unit that works in collaboration with other organisational units of the Science and Research Centre Koper (ZRS), serving as the central hub for the effective coordination of ZRS’s national and international EU projects.

Price List

The scope and content of services are defined according to the client’s specific needs. The ZRS Koper Project Management Centre offers:

1. Services and consultancy related to the planning and preparation of project proposals, including:

  • preliminary activities and project idea formulation,
  • planning the proposal preparation process,
  • establishing project partnerships,
  • drafting the financial plan.

2. Services and consultancy related to the implementation and supervision of international projects, including:

  • the financial implementation and management of the project,
  • administration and coordination of project partners.

Each service is priced on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the client’s specific requests and the scope and complexity of the engagement.
