Pursuant to paragraph 5 of Article 5 of the Value Added Tax Act (ZDDV-1; Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos. 13/11 – official consolidated text, 18/11, 78/11, 38/12, 83/12, and 86/14), no VAT is charged on services performed by the laboratory in its capacity as holder of a national etalon.
No VAT is levied on services carried out using equipment acquired under the project Metrology System Infrastructure – Amount of Substance/Food of Plant Origin/Olive Oil, No. 303-64/2012-2 of 18 July 2012, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
No VAT is charged on services performed using equipment part-financed by the European Union through the ERDF, under the Operational Programme for Strengthening Regional Development Potential 2007‒2013, within Slovenia’s development priority 3.5.2 “Economic Development Infrastructure” and the priority axis “Education and Research Activity.”
While VAT is charged on services of a commercial nature, it does not apply to the performance of state tasks as prescribed by the Metrology Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 26/05 – official consolidated text).
The service provider reserves the right to adjust the listed prices in the event of changes to the scope of accredited methods.

Reports, summaries, declarations of conformity, opinions, and labelling compliance assessments are customised according to the client’s requirements. Services are charged based on hours worked, with a minimum fee of 55.93 EUR excluding VAT per report.
The basis for billing is the hourly rate applicable to research programme E.
Repeat organoleptic assessment: sensory analysis conducted outside Slovenia
The cost of a repeat organoleptic assessment performed by an accredited sensory panel listed by the International Olive Council (IOC) depends on the rates set by the selected laboratory.

V spodaj navedenih cenah je vključena interpretacija rezultatov meritev.
Pri storitvah razvrščenih v razrede, se pri tistih razreda A v primeru pet ali več preiskovancev obračuna 50 % popust. Pri storitvah razreda B se v primeru treh ali več preiskovancev obračuna 20 % popust.
Po dogovoru obstaja pri vseh storitvah možnost količinskega popusta.
V primeru celovite podpore, oziroma daljšega časovnega sodelovanja se izvajanje storitev uredi s pogodbo o sodelovanju.
A.) FIZIOLOŠKE MERITVE IN OBREMENITVENI TESTI – Zajemajo merjenje športnikovih funkcionalnih sposobnosti v simulaciji tekmovalnih pogojev. Meritve se izvajajo v laboratoriju, nekatera (telemetrična, intenzivnost gibanja) pa tudi v tekmovalnih pogojih na terenu. Informacija, ki jo pridobi športnik preko tovrstnih meritev sovpada s splošno pripravljenostjo kot tudi z adaptirano pripravljenostjo v pogojih zmanjšanega parcialnega pritiska kisika – hipoksija.

C.) MERITVE MIŠIČNIH LASTNOSTI – Skeletne mišice predstavljajo aktivni del lokomotornega aparata vsakega človeka. Pri športnikih so še posebej pomembne, predvsem iz stališča hitrosti krčenja in vzdržljivosti. Meritve tega sklopa so namenjena ugotavljanju hitrosti krčenja posameznih mišic, ki se izberejo glede na vrsto športa. Nadalje je možno ugotavljati tudi mišično odpornost na utrujanje kot tudi efektiven položaj telesa glede na kote sklepov.

The venue use charge includes costs associated with the use of individual venue (heating/air-condition, etc.) as well as sanitary facilities and sanitary material. It does not include charges for the provision of available event equipment and AV equipment, which are charged separately and depend on the needs and preferences of the client.
The venues are available for charity events free of charge for venue use; however, all service charges as per the price list remain applicable.
Enquiries in relation to the hire of individual venues should be submitted by email at a minimum of 15 days prior to the intended start date of the venue hire.
ZRS Koper shall sign a dedicated Venue Hire Agreement with the client for each venue hire at the ZRS Koper Centre for Humanities in the Tiepolo-Gravisi Townhouse.
To cancel the Venue Hire Agreement, the client is required to provide written notice of their intention not to use the venue, which is to be submitted by email at . Oral cancellations or cancellations by phone shall not be accepted.
The cancellation fees are applicable as follows:
- 50% of the venue use charge if the cancellation, in writing, is submitted 7 to 5 business days prior to the date of the event,
- 100% of the venue use charge if the cancellation is submitted 5 or fewer business days prior to the date of the event.
To avoid a cancellation fee entirely, cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 8 business days prior to the date of the event.
Centre for Project Management
The scope and content of services are defined according to the client’s specific needs. The ZRS Koper Project Management Centre offers:
1. Services and consultancy related to the planning and preparation of project proposals, including:
- preliminary activities and project idea formulation,
- planning the proposal preparation process,
- establishing project partnerships,
- drafting the financial plan.
2. Services and consultancy related to the implementation and supervision of international projects, including:
- the financial implementation and management of the project,
- administration and coordination of project partners.
Each service is priced on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the client’s specific requests and the scope and complexity of the engagement.

PRODUCTION EDITING IN PEER-REVIEWED PERIODICAL PUBLICATIONS
For peer-reviewed periodical publications, the publication fees include the comprehensive production editing fee (60.00 EUR/author’s sheet) plus the peer-review processing fee (100.00 EUR/author’s sheet).
The peer-review process comprises: identifying suitable reviewers for each submission; managing communication and document exchange with reviewers; overseeing the review process; coordinating the reviewer’s feedback with the editorial board; communicating review outcomes and required revisions to authors; finalising the process by accepting or rejecting a submission; and archiving the reviews.
