ZRS Koper Is Seeking a Head of Legal and Human Resources

The Science and Research Centre Koper (ZRS Koper) is inviting applications for the following vacancy:

Head of Sector in Research Activities VII/2–II – Head of Legal and Human Resources (m/f)

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to manage legal and human resources procedures and help ensure the lawful and efficient operation of a public research institution.

The role includes drafting and reviewing legal acts, contracts and other documents; managing human resources procedures; monitoring legislation; conducting public procurement procedures; and providing legal support for national and international projects.

Requirements:

  • a university degree in law;
  • at least three years of professional experience;
  • proficiency in English and Italian;
  • the ability to work independently, a strong sense of responsibility and excellent organisational skills.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the public sector, public procurement, human resources procedures and research activities.
