New Book on Business Transformation Co-authored by Roberto Biloslavo

Palgrave Macmillan has published a new book co-authored by Roberto Biloslavo, PhD, Head of the Institute for Behavioural Economics ZRS Koper.

The book, entitled Business Transformation: Developing a Total Enterprise by Applying Jungian Alchemical Process, was written in collaboration with Beniamino Mirisola, PhD, Carlo Bagnoli, PhD, and David Edgar, PhD. It offers an innovative interdisciplinary perspective on business transformation.

To explore organisational change, the authors bring together Jungian analytical psychology, alchemical symbolism and strategic management. They examine the transition from an enterprise focused primarily on operational efficiency to a “total enterprise” that also incorporates unconscious dimensions, archetypal identity and the organisation’s symbolic meaning.

The transformation process is presented through three alchemical stages: Nigredo, Albedo and Rubedo. These represent the dismantling of established organisational myths, engagement with internal contradictions and the integration of opposites into a new and dynamic organisational culture.

The theoretical framework is complemented by real-world business cases and references to literature, philosophy and the visual arts. The book is intended for leaders, consultants, researchers and anyone interested in deeper approaches to organisational identity development and sustainable business transformation.
