Description:
The GUIDEPREP2 project (2026–2029) is laying the foundations for the establishment of GUIDE, a pan-European research infrastructure dedicated to the longitudinal monitoring of child and youth wellbeing. The project aims to establish the scientific, legal, financial and governance frameworks required to launch the first data collection wave in 2028. The consortium of 31 partners from 25 countries will develop harmonised research methods, ensure data quality and secure data management, and strengthen cooperation with researchers, institutions and policymakers. The project seeks to ensure the long-term sustainability of the infrastructure and provide comparable data to support the development of effective policies to improve the wellbeing of children and young people.
