The panel is part of the Blue Economy Forum, which will focus on climate change, with particular attention to the hydrogeological risks posed by rising sea levels and flooding in river areas. The forum will analyse the impact on biodiversity and port infrastructures, and present techniques, preventive measures, and “good practices” aimed at mitigating negative effects within a framework of long-term planning.
