A lecture series titled Energy and Religion: Re-examining Relationships will begin in February at Cankarjev dom in Ljubljana. The series is co-organized by the Society for Comparative Religious Studies and the Institute for Philosophical and Religious Studies at ZRS Koper, as part of the project Nikola Tesla: Philosophy of Energy, Technology and Religion and Its Relevance Today (ARIS No. J7-60133).
The series will open with a lecture by Dr Andrej Detela, entitled Scientific and Spiritual Aspects of the Concept of Energy, from Antiquity to the Present, on wednesday, february 4, 2026, at 8:00 p.m., in the Alma Karlin Hall.
Two more events will follow as part of the series. On wednesday, march 4, 2026, at 8:00 p.m., lectures will be delivered by Dr Andrej Lukšič, entitled Energy in the Light of Political Ecology, and Dr Andrej Gubina, entitled Energy Communities and Self-Sufficiency – How Cooperation Can Be the Key to the 4D Energy Revolution.
On thursday, april 2, 2026, at 8:00 p.m., Tibor Hrs Pandur will present a lecture entitled Tesla’s Heliocentric Model of Human Progress in Light of Previously Unpublished Material.
