which will take place on Thursday, 25 April 2024 (at 6.00 PM), at the Koper Theatre.

The discussion will be enriched by the presence of:

  • Anica Mikuš Kos, MD, child psychiatrist and president of the Slovenian Philanthropy,
  • Dr. Emilija Stojmenova Duh, Minister for Digital Transformation,

Similar to other European countries, Slovenia is facing migrations that will intensify in the coming decades due to economic reasons, global inequalities, climate consequences, armed conflicts, and other factors.

Simultaneously, due to an aging population and declining birth rates, we are experiencing a significant increase in the need for immigrant labour. Regardless of the reasons for immigration, the Slovenian government must establish an effective system for the integration of immigrant women and men with the aim of achieving harmonious coexistence and social cohesion.

Together with our interesting panel guests we will discuss the challenges of immigration and the integration of immigrants into Slovenian society.

For easier organization, we kindly ask you to confirm your participation HERE.

You are cordially invited!
