Biography:

Ljubomir Pavlović, PhD degree in Physical education, sport and kinesitherapy. He is an associate professor teaching alpine skiing and handball at the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education Ni. He is a researcher at the Institute for Kinesiology Research (IKARUS) Science and Research Center Koper (Slovenia). In addition, he is a lecturer at license courses for ski instructors at Serbian National Ski Association. Since 2017 he is a Secretary of the Congress SPE BALKAN SKI. President of the organizing committee of the 1st Scientific conference SPE BALKAN SKI 2017 (http://www.balkan-ski.com/). Since 2019 he has been the President of the professional Handball club Zeleznicar Nis. In 2018, he received a grant for the project of EU bilateral cooperation between Serbia and Slovenia. He was a professional handball player in Serbia, Germany, Switzerland and Spain with which he won State Champion titles and competed in the Champions League and European Cups. He was a member of Serbian senior national team. As a member of the junior national team of Serbia, he won European Championship in Greece in 2000 where he was proclaimed the best player and the best shooter of the Championship.
He has published over 30 scientific articles some of which are published in the leading scientific journals.
